Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Text entered in a search widget is sent to the provider that operates that widget. We do not maintain a Catron case-search database or retain the names and case numbers entered into that provider’s tool.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, we retain the message as needed to respond or administer the site. We do not disclose it outside our organization except where law requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our web infrastructure may receive standard technical data when a page loads.
- Internet protocol address
- Browser version and device operating system
- Pages viewed and approximate visit duration
- Referring website, if one exists
- Page-view timestamps
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies and aggregated analytics can help measure site performance and page use. Browser settings may limit cookies, although some functions may then behave differently.
What We Do With This Data
Technical and communication information may be used to operate and secure the site, route a query to the selected provider, diagnose an error, understand aggregate use, and support advertising that keeps the resource available.
- Maintain page delivery and security
- Respond to a message or technical issue
- Measure aggregate performance
- Improve routing information and content
- Support site advertising
No Court-Record Data on File
Catron County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain court dockets, case files, or personal case-record databases. It identifies official routes such as New Mexico Case Lookup, the Seventh Judicial District, the Reserve Magistrate Court, and the County Clerk. Court access is governed by the judiciary’s public-records rules and the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, including NMSA 14-2-8. The Administrative Office of the Courts is not the general custodian of local case files, and a specific court clerk remains the appropriate source for a Catron record.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search widgets. Information submitted to one of their tools is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before sending a query, because we do not control the provider’s retention, disclosure, or pricing practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links may take a visitor to a New Mexico court, clerk, county, state, or third-party site. The other operator’s privacy policy applies after leaving this site. Advertising networks may also collect activity on their own systems.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be processed by service providers that host the site, supply analytics, operate a submitted search, or place advertising. A valid legal obligation can also require disclosure.
- Search-widget providers
- Hosting and analytics service providers
- Advertising partners
- Authorities acting under a valid legal requirement
How We Protect Your Data
We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent us information so the concern can be addressed.
Your Data Rights
New Mexico’s court-record access framework, including NMSA 14-2-8, governs requests for public records held by a custodian; it does not turn this private reference resource into the keeper of a court file. You may ask us about personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion where appropriate, or ask about certain processing choices.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion where applicable
