Disclaimer

Catron County Court Docket provides general reference information about official New Mexico court and records routes. It is privately operated and is not connected with a court, clerk, government agency, or official docketing system.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or any other FCRA-regulated decision.

Privately Operated Reference Site

We are not a court, court clerk, government agency, or official case-index service. The resource points to official Catron District, Reserve Magistrate, County Clerk, and New Mexico judiciary channels, but it does not run those services or maintain their records.

Accuracy of Information

Addresses, office hours, fees, access rules, and procedures can change. We try to use official sources, but cannot guarantee that every detail remains current. Confirm the information with the responsible office before traveling, filing, paying, or requesting a record.

Dockets Change - Verify Before You Rely

A docket changes as the clerk records filings, hearings, orders, continuances, restrictions, and case events. The Seventh District’s public Catron schedules also cover only the current day and six days ahead and warn that omissions may occur. A portal or schedule result is therefore a starting point, not final confirmation.

For a current court date, a record restriction, or an official copy, contact the court or clerk that holds the original Catron record.

Verify With the Official Source

The court clerk or custodian is the authoritative source for a case file, Register of Actions, hearing setting, and certified document. Catron District filings are routed through the Socorro clerk route, while Reserve Magistrate, County Probate, and County Clerk recorder records have distinct custodians.

Not Legal Advice

This site does not provide legal advice or analyze the effect of a charge, filing, order, deadline, or restriction. Consult a licensed New Mexico attorney for advice on a specific matter.

Third-Party Search Tools

Third-party providers operate the search widgets. We do not control their coverage, prices, security, results, or data practices. Their results are not certified Catron court records.

Outbound Links

External links lead to court, clerk, government, or other services that operate independently. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or current procedures.

No Records on This Site

This resource does not host court dockets, case files, hearing calendars, orders, or County Clerk records. Use Case Search to locate a public case and then request an official record from the custodian when needed.
